The Trust, as of August 16, 2004, is accepting claims in both hardcopy and electronic transmission. Click on the “Claim Packet” tab and you will find crucial documents that you will need in order to submit a claim to the Western Asbestos Settlement Trust. These claim packet materials have been drafted under the guidelines found in the important Trust Documents including the “Case Valuation Matrix” and the “Asbestos Personal Injury Settlement Trust Distribution Procedures”. Both of the previous documents are found under the web site tab “About the Trust – Trust Documents”. These documents or any of the “Claim Packet” documents may be printed off the web site, or you may write to the Trust and we will send you the documents that you request.
